If there is no disinfectant in the bathroom, use wet toilet paper with soap to clean toilet seat. Then use more toilet paper to dry the seat. Throw used toilet paper into the toilet. Use minimum amounts of toilet paper and, anytime you put more than the usual amount of toilet paper into the toilet, flush the toilet before adding any more toilet paper.
